| Hi all,
Just looking for some advice - been a BrickLink user for a while now and never
had any issues, but I've recently made a purchase and there's been no
activity since which is causing concern.
The seller appears to have started running their store in April this year - they
only have 5 positive reviews but 0 neutral / negative. I tried completing the
purchase via PayPal but there was a "paypal_paykey_creation_error" -
messaged the seller who responded promptly, apologised and explained there was
an issue they needed to look into so removed it as a payment option for the time-being.
I therefore completed the payment via Stripe - this took place on Monday 13th
May, and since then I've heard / seen nothing. The order still shows as
"paid" - pretty much every seller I've dealt with on here dispatches
the order within a few days - and the seller hasn't responded to my message
send yesterday (20th May) asking for an update.
I was giving the seller the benefit of the doubt as a new account, but I'm
increasingly getting concerned - it wasn't a large purchase but not being
made through paypal means it's going to be hard to claim back if the order
is cancelled.
Any advice will be welcome!

I'd give them another couple of days. You can still file a not received complaint
through stripe, can't you, just like at PayPal?

I'd give them another couple of days. You can still file a not received complaint
through stripe, can't you, just like at PayPal?

Thanks for the response! I've never used Stripe before so wasn't sure
on how it works - just assumed it was paying via debit card, which means having
to go through the bank for any potential refund. It will be 10 days tomorrow
since the order was paid for - if there's no update by then I'll have
to start the NSS
